This workshop introduces key Open Circle concepts, approaches, and vocabulary, and explores how administrators can best support social and emotional learning (SEL) in their schools. Participants develop strategies for encouraging consistent and effective Open Circle implementation. The workshop provides administrators with techniques for incorporating Open Circle approaches into their own interaction with students, staff and parents.
