Administrator Workshop

Overview
This workshop introduces Open Circle concepts, approaches and vocabulary, and explores how administrators can support the successful implementation of Open Circle in their schools. Participants become familiar with the Open Circle Curriculum used by their teachers. They also learn from successful examples of Open Circle implementation at other schools. In addition, participants have the opportunity to connect with other administrators who are using Open Circle in their communities.

Participation in this program includes:
• 7 hours (one full day) of training
• 1 copy of the Open Circle Curriculum
• Extensive handout packet including background articles and
   research, evaluation tools, and possible funding sources
• 7 Professional Development Points
• Continental breakfast and lunch

Who Should Attend
This workshop is for administrators, including principals, assistant principals and district administrators, in schools and systems using Open Circle.

Schedule
All trainings are from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
