As a former elementary teacher in Stoughton, Massachusetts, Nancy brings a passion for making a difference in the lives of children to her work as Open Circle Co-Director.  Prior to being Co-Director, Nancy was the Open Circle Training Director for many years. In addition to having experience in the classroom, Nancy was once a principal owner of Baker-MacKay Associates, a training and consulting firm for non-profit organizations, offering services in the areas of community building, leadership training and board development. Nancy earned her B.A. in elementary education and psychology from Elmira College in Elmira, N.Y.  Nancy holds in high regard the role of an educator, and is pleased to have the opportunity to work with them to create caring, respectful classroom and school communities, creating the best possible learning environment for all.
