Nova was named Open Circle Co-Director in 2009, after joining as Director of Finance and Operations in 2007. She brings more than ten years of general management, partnership, finance, and marketing experience from the nonprofit and corporate sectors to her role at Open Circle. Most recently Nova worked as a consultant providing strategic, financial and marketing analysis to several Boston area nonprofits and schools. She is a former Senior Product Manager at Yahoo!, Co-Founder at TradeInteriors.com, and Strategy Consultant at Gemini Consulting. Nova holds an MBA and a Certificate in Public Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and also holds bachelors degrees in Finance and Computer Systems from the University of Pennsylvania. She is the proud mother of twin girls, who love attending an Open Circle elementary school.
