Lynn joined Open Circle in 1995 as a coach and trainer. For many years prior to Open Circle, she held various positions in various settings. Lynn has experience as a classroom teacher, guidance counselor, school psychologist, and social worker. She also has extensive experience supervising graduate students in education from Wheelock and Simmons Colleges. Lynn holds a B .S. in Education and M. Ed in Counseling/School Psychology from Boston University and a Massachusetts License in Social Work. She is passionate about Open Circle and the important work educators are doing to create safe and caring learning environments which positively impact the well-being of their school communities. Lynn envisions Open Circle becoming an important and integral part of every school’s curriculum and culture.
