In her role as the Administrative Assistant at Open Circle, Barkley provides logistical support for trainings and serves as billing coordinator. Barkley brings to Open Circle fifteen years of experience in administrative support at the Wellesley Centers for Women with the Development Office and on projects pertaining to child development, school readiness, and school climate. Her involvement with the Work, Families and Children studies at WCW gave her a broad understanding of the research and action necessary to secure change in the lives of children and families.  As the parent of two Open Circle children, she is thrilled to be part of a program that brings out the best in young students and their teachers to ensure a positive learning environment.
